Kristy and Arty, Water Mill South Hampton wedding photography

September 22, 2010

I grasped for air when I saw this private residence.  And I grasped some more, when I saw all the details.  By the time I photographed Kristy and Arty I was in heaven :)  They rented a Water Mill mansion for the whole weekend to celebrate their wedding,  and created a wonderful experience for their family and friends.  The weather was perfect, the place spectacular, and the day loaded with laughter and love.  (and as you will see below, a lot of loving tears)

Stunning.
Sexy.Kristy.
Sometimes couples opt for a “first look” or “reveal” before ceremony.  It is a quiet moment just for them.  Kristi and Arty’s moment was beautifully genuine…It also allowed us to have extra time for photos
Kristy and Arty are such a perfect fit: they are both laid back and super easy going. I am sure their life together will be all fun. Dear God, please let me be as joyful as Kristy: I usually don’t post bridal party shots, but there are my two future brides on a far right :)  And there was one more as a guest!  Yes, seeing a total of four of my brides on that day, made me extra happy :)The heart-felt and heart-warming ceremony took place in the front yard, and was illuminated by a setting sun.Bella Flowers did an amazing job on all the floral arrangements:
I still need a tissue when looking at these:
More tear wiping:
First moment as Husband and Wife:Stop.  Please stop making me sob with your loving embrace: Back of the house was transformed into the ultra chic reception: Kristy worked with an amazing wedding planner Gina, and the outcome was… oh, just look at those details:  (if you are a bride, make sure to go to Gina’s website)Their entrance shows their personally perfectly:Kristy and Arty really know how to party, and they did party till 5 in the morning!Kristy and Arty: you rock!  Your wedding was fabulously extraordinary, but it was really you, that lightened up the whole day and made it so special.  Your love is an inspiration, and  I feel unbelievable gratitude for having an honor to capture your wedding day, your joy, but most importantly – you.
